The Woodson W.HFSQ25 is a five-bay countertop hot food display with a square glass canopy, holding five 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep. It is built from satin-finished double-skin stainless steel with an air-insulated tank for energy-efficient operation.
A wet-heat bain marie system regulated by a thermostat and in-tank temperature probe holds food between 70°C and 80°C, with overhead infra-red heat lamps, toughened straight glass panels and rear sliding doors. The unit runs on a 15A, 240V plug and lead. Not recommended for displaying chickens.
