The Woodson W.HFS26 is a 2 row, 6 bay straight glass hot food display, taking six 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep (sold separately). It is built from satin-finished double-skin stainless steel with an air-insulated tank for energy-efficient operation.
A wet-heat bain marie system with a thermostat and in-tank temperature probe holds food between 70°C and 80°C, while infra-red heat lamps and multiple elements give even heat distribution. Fully sealed toughened straight glass and rear sliding doors maintain hygiene. The unit runs on a 15A, 240V plug and lead. Not recommended for displaying chickens.
