The Woodson W.HFS22 is a countertop straight glass hot food display in a 2 bay layout, constructed from satin-finished double-skin stainless steel with fully sealed toughened straight glass. It is designed for wet bain marie operation and takes 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep (sold separately).
An air-insulated tank, multiple heating elements and overhead infra-red heat lamps give even heat distribution, while a thermostat with in-tank temperature probe holds product between 70°C and 80°C. Rear sliding doors maintain hygiene, and the unit runs on a 10A, 240V plug and lead.
