The Woodson W.HFS23 is an Australian-made countertop straight glass hot food display in a 2 row, 3 bay layout, taking three 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep. It is built from satin-finished double-skin stainless steel with fully sealed toughened straight glass and rear sliding doors.
Designed for wet bain marie operation, it uses an air-insulated tank, in-tank thermostat probe and multiple heating elements to hold food between 70°C and 80°C, supplemented by infra-red overhead heat lamps. The unit runs on a 10A, 240V single-phase plug and lead. Not recommended for displaying chickens.
