The Woodson W.HFSQ23 is a 2 row, 3 bay countertop hot food display with a square glass canopy, built from satin-finished double-skin stainless steel with toughened straight glass. It is designed for wet operation and holds 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep (sold separately).
An air-insulated bain marie tank with multiple heating elements gives even heat, while an in-tank temperature probe and thermostat hold food between 70°C and 80°C. Infra-red heat lamps and rear sliding doors complete the unit, which runs on a 10A, 240V plug and lead. Not recommended for displaying chickens.
