The Cobra C9A is a 900mm gas griddle built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by three burners rated at 20MJ/hr each (60MJ/hr total, 16.7kW), it features a 12mm thick machine-finished mild steel griddle plate that delivers even, consistent heat across the entire cooking surface — ideal for breakfasts, burgers, bacon, eggs and a wide range of griddled foods. The unit sits on an open cabinet base and stands at 915mm working height, rising to 1085mm with the included splashback.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides and splashback alongside a stainless steel cabinet interior, the C9A is designed for straightforward cleaning and long-term durability. It is fully modular so it can be paired with other Cobra 900mm series equipment to build out a complete cooking line. Adjustable front feet and rear rollers make positioning and levelling easy during installation or reconfiguration.
