Cobra C6B-B 600mm Griddle Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

Cobra C6B-B 600mm Gas Griddle Cooktop - Bench Model

The Cobra C6B-B is a 600mm wide commercial gas griddle cooktop in a bench-mount configuration, purpose-built for the daily demands of cafés, restaurants, takeaway shops and professional kitchens. Its machine-finished 12mm thick flat griddle plate delivers consistent, even heat across the entire cooking surface, making it equally suited to breakfast service, burgers, steaks, bacon, eggs, seafood and more.

Constructed from stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, the C6B-B features two independent 20 MJ/hr griddle burners with variable heat dual controls, giving chefs precise temperature management across each 300mm section of the plate. Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner and piezo ignition ensures safe, reliable operation during busy service periods, while adjustable bench feet and a compact footprint allow flexible integration into any modular kitchen setup.

Key Benefits

• Even heat distribution across the full 600mm griddle surface maintains cooking consistency and quality throughout peak service.
• Dual independent burner zones allow simultaneous cooking at different temperatures, improving menu flexibility and throughput.

• Bench model design integrates easily into existing work surfaces or equipment stands, supporting modular kitchen layouts without requiring a dedicated base.
• Variable heat controls on each burner give chefs precise, repeatable temperature settings for a wide range of menu items.
• Flame failure protection with piezo ignition provides a safe, reliable light-up every time, minimising downtime during service.
• Smooth flat plate surface is straightforward to clean and maintain, supporting fast turnaround between service periods.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, offering flexible installation across different kitchen gas supplies.
• Adjustable bench feet allow levelling on uneven surfaces, ensuring stable operation and uniform heat across the griddle plate.
