Cobra C9B-B 900mm Two Burner / Griddle Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

Cobra C9B-B 900mm Two Burner and Griddle Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

The Cobra C9B-B is a 900mm wide commercial gas cooktop that combines two open burners with an integrated 600mm smooth griddle plate, all in a bench-mounted configuration. The two open burners deliver 22MJ/hr each via cast iron construction with vitreous enamel pot stands, while the griddle section runs two 20MJ/hr burners across 300mm sections, giving a total gross output of 84MJ/hr. Adjustable bench feet and a compact countertop footprint make it straightforward to position on existing work surfaces or equipment stands, supporting flexible kitchen layouts.

Built for the pace of busy commercial kitchens, the C9B-B features flame failure protection as standard on the open burners, with variable high-to-low controls for precise heat management. The 12mm smooth griddle plate distributes heat evenly across its surface, making it well suited to breakfasts, burgers, eggs, and grilled meats alongside simultaneous stovetop tasks such as sautéing, boiling, and sauce work. Finished throughout in stainless steel and available in either natural gas or LPG, it is easy to clean between services and built to handle the rigours of all-day hospitality use.
