Cobra C6C-B 600mm Two Burner / Griddle Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

Cobra C6C-B 600mm Gas Cooktop – Two Open Burners with Griddle Section, Bench Model

The Cobra C6C-B is a 600mm wide commercial countertop gas cooktop that pairs two high-output open burners with a dedicated 300mm smooth griddle zone, giving professional kitchens the ability to fry, sauté, boil, and grill all at once from a single compact unit. Manufactured in New Zealand from commercial-grade stainless steel, it is designed to keep pace with cafés, restaurants, takeaways, pubs, and catering operations that demand reliable multi-function cooking without eating into valuable bench space.

Each of the two cast iron open burners delivers 22MJ/hr, while a 20MJ/hr burner powers a 12mm thick machined griddle plate positioned within its own 300mm cooking zone, providing rapid heat recovery and consistent heat distribution across both surfaces. Independent variable high-to-low flame controls on every burner, along with flame failure protection fitted as standard to the open burners, give chefs precise heat management and solid safety assurance throughout busy service periods.

Key Benefits

• Two distinct cooking zones within a single 600mm footprint allow kitchen teams to run open burner and griddle tasks at the same time, reducing the need for additional equipment.
• The 12mm thick machined griddle plate holds and spreads heat evenly, improving consistency when cooking meats, eggs, burgers, and breakfast items at volume.
• Variable high-to-low flame controls on every burner enable quick transitions from a rolling boil to a gentle simmer, helping maintain dish quality during peak service.
• Flame failure protection on the open burners automatically cuts the gas supply if a flame goes out, supporting kitchen safety compliance.
• The vitreous enamel pot stands and cast iron burner construction are engineered for long service life and resist the daily wear of a busy commercial cookline.
• Removable stainless steel spill trays simplify cleaning and speed up turnaround between services.
• Adjustable bench feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven surfaces, ensuring stable and safe countertop placement.
• Compatibility with both Natural Gas and LPG provides installation flexibility across a wide range of kitchen setups.
• The bench model configuration suits modular cookline systems and existing workstations without requiring a dedicated floor stand or base cabinet.
