The Washtech PW3C is a wide body passthrough warewasher built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need to handle oversized, heavily soiled or bulky items efficiently throughout the day. Its generously proportioned internal wash chamber measures 1050mm wide by 640mm deep by 650mm high, comfortably accommodating standard 500mm racks and making it equally at home in bakeries, production kitchens, hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants and catering operations. Constructed entirely from heavy-duty stainless steel and compliant with Australian standards and regulations, the PW3C continues a manufacturing tradition Washtech has maintained since 1981.

A fully integrated heat recovery condensing unit distinguishes the PW3C from conventional passthrough machines. It captures steam generated during each wash cycle and uses that recovered heat to warm the incoming cold water supply, meaningfully cutting energy consumption, reducing steam output and lowering water treatment costs. In many installations this removes the requirement for an extraction canopy, simplifying fit-out and creating a more comfortable working environment. Washtech Hybrid Controls, ultra-low cold water consumption of just 4 litres per cycle, dual high-powered wash systems and a counter-sprung split door combine to deliver a machine that is powerful, economical and easy to operate and maintain.
