Fagor C-G761H Kore 700 Series 6 Burner Gas Range with Gas Oven
The Fagor C-G761H is a heavy-duty commercial gas range from the Kore 700 Series, combining six high-output burners with a GN 2/1 static gas oven in a 1200 mm wide unit designed for demanding professional kitchen environments. Built from AISI-304 stainless steel with laser-cut joints, automatic welding and hidden screws throughout, the range delivers the structural integrity and hygienic finish required for continuous high-volume service.
Every design detail on the C-G761H supports practical, efficient cooking. The double-crown nickel-plated cast iron burners distribute heat evenly across even the largest cookware, while RAAF enamelled cast iron grates resist the harshest kitchen conditions. Below the cooktop, the stainless steel oven chamber offers three rail height levels, sideways tray insertion and a cast iron floor for uniform baking and roasting performance across a temperature range of 125 to 310 °C.
Key Benefits
- Six powerful double-crown burners with nickel-plated cast iron diffusers ensure even heat distribution across the full base of large pans, eliminating hot spots and improving energy transfer to the product.
- RAAF enamelled cast iron grates resist alkaline and acid cleaning products, fire and high temperatures, extending service life in a busy kitchen with minimal maintenance.
- Reduced 75 mm spacing between central grate bars allows pots as small as 8 cm in diameter to sit stably, preventing smaller vessels from tipping and expanding menu flexibility.
- The GN 2/1 static gas oven with sideways tray insertion and three rail height levels provides versatile cooking configurations to handle a wide variety of baking and roasting tasks simultaneously.
- A cast iron oven floor and fibreglass closing seal combine to deliver uniform heat distribution and improved thermal efficiency, reducing energy use and achieving consistent results.
- Front-accessible components, flexible stainless steel internal gas pipes and a detachable oven door all reduce downtime during maintenance and make servicing faster and more straightforward.
- Controls are positioned on the upper panel for ergonomic access and feature a protective support base with a water infiltration prevention system, improving durability and operator safety.
- Stainless steel adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, supporting safe and stable operation in any kitchen layout.
- A comprehensive warranty of 2 years parts and labour plus 2 years parts only (for units registered within 14 days of invoice) provides long-term protection and peace of mind.
