Driven by a brushless asynchronous industrial motor with a stainless steel shaft, the TRK45 performs slicing, grating, shredding (julienne), dicing, french fries cutting, chopping, liquidising, mixing, mincing and emulsifying with reliable, quiet operation. The patented Incly system tilts the motor base at 20 degrees to ensure correct alignment when the vegetable slicer attachment is fitted, and every food-contact part is fully tool-free removable and dishwasher safe for rapid, hygienic cleaning between service periods.
