Dito Sama P4U-PV301S3 PREP4YOU Combination Cutter/Slicer 9 Speeds 3.6L Stainless Steel Bowl

The Dito Sama PREP4YOU P4U-PV301S3 is a compact tabletop food processor that combines two distinct functions in a single unit: a continuous-feed vegetable slicer and a cutter mixer/emulsifier. The vegetable slicer handles slicing, grating, shredding (julienne), dicing, and French fries cutting, while the cutter mixer tackles chopping, mincing, grinding, liquidising, kneading, and emulsifying. A 9-speed variable 750W motor, direct drive induction system, and 3.6-litre stainless steel bowl make it well suited to medium-volume prep work in restaurants, cafes, delis, hotels, and catering operations.

Designed with the operator in mind, the PREP4YOU features a waterproof control panel with a flat on/off button and pulse function, a transparent lid with a funnel-shaped hole for adding ingredients during operation, and a magnetic safety system that stops the blade automatically when the lid or lever pusher is lifted. The ergonomic frontal lever suits both left- and right-handed users, and the half moon hopper with two round feed chutes ensures precise, uniform cuts across a range of vegetable shapes. Removable parts simplify cleaning, and the cast aluminium base with non-slip feet keeps the unit stable during heavy use.

Key Benefits

• Replaces two separate machines by combining a vegetable slicer and a cutter mixer in one compact unit, saving valuable bench space.
• Nine variable speed settings give operators precise control over texture and consistency, from coarse chops to fine emulsions.
• Continuous-feed slicer design allows large volumes of vegetables to be processed quickly without repeated loading.
• Pulse function delivers rapid, controlled bursts for coarse chopping or quick, precise slicing and grating tasks.
• Magnetic safety interlock automatically stops the motor when the lid or lever pusher is opened, protecting operators during use.
• The output chute accommodates standard kitchen containers up to 200mm high (including GN pans), streamlining workflow and reducing handling.
• A bowl/lid scraper ensures all ingredients are processed evenly and smoothly, particularly useful for emulsifying and sauce work.
• Waterproof control panel and dishwasher-safe removable parts make end-of-service cleaning fast and straightforward.
• Optional discs, grids, and alternative bowl sizes allow the machine to be configured for a wide range of production requirements.
