The Dito Sama PREP4YOU P4U-PV201S is a compact tabletop unit that combines two independent functions in a single footprint: a continuous-feed vegetable slicer and a cutter mixer/emulsifier. The vegetable slicer handles slicing, grating, shredding (julienne), dicing and French fries cutting, while the cutter mixer performs chopping, mixing, mincing, grinding, liquidising and kneading — making this an exceptionally versatile prep workhorse for busy commercial kitchens.

Built for high-volume service, the PREP4YOU achieves productivity of up to 100 servings per service on the vegetable slicer and up to 50 servings per service on the cutter mixer. Nine speed settings spanning 500 to 3,600 rpm give operators precise control over texture and consistency.
