The Cookrite CRD-6 is a 1055mm countertop dry hot food display designed to keep pies, pastries, sausage rolls and other hot foods at safe serving temperatures throughout the service period. Built from 304 stainless steel with a digital thermostat offering a temperature range of 30°C to 90°C, it gives operators precise control over holding conditions while presenting product attractively to customers.
Suited to cafes, bakeries, service stations and takeaway venues, the CRD-6 combines square glass panels with interior heat lamp lighting to showcase food clearly and drive impulse purchases. The 2.3kW electric unit runs on a standard 220V–240V single-phase supply, requires no gas connection, and is available alongside a wet model for operators who need humidity-controlled holding.
