The Cookrite CRB-4 is a 730mm wet hot food display designed for countertop use in cafes, bakeries, takeaways and other high-volume food service environments. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and powered by a 2.3kW electric element, it maintains food at safe serving temperatures across a wide range of 30°C to 90°C, controlled precisely via a digital thermostat.
This unit uses a flexible Italian brand silicone heater for its wet heating operation, delivering consistent, gentle moisture-retaining heat ideal for pies, pastries, hot meals and similar menu items. Square glass panels and interior heat lamp lighting showcase product clearly to customers, while sliding glass doors allow easy staff access during service.
