The Cookrite CRB-12 is a large-format wet hot food display spanning 2030mm, designed for high-volume commercial environments such as cafes, bakeries, service stations and takeaway venues. Built from 304 stainless steel and powered by a 3.45 kW electric element, it maintains food at safe serving temperatures across a wide 30°C to 90°C range, keeping pies, pastries, hot meals and snacks ready to serve throughout the trading day.
The benchtop unit features square glass panels on all sides for maximum product visibility, interior heat lamp lighting to showcase food attractively, and a digital thermostat for precise, repeatable temperature control. Sliding glass doors provide easy staff access while minimising heat loss, and the wet heating configuration uses a flexible Italian-brand silicone heater to deliver gentle, consistent warmth that prevents food from drying out.
