The Cookrite CRD-4 is a countertop dry hot food display designed to keep pies, pastries, sausage rolls and other hot foods at a safe and appetising serving temperature throughout the day. Built from 304 stainless steel with a square glass cabinet and internal heat lamps, it presents product attractively while maintaining consistent warmth across a wide temperature range of 30°C to 90°C.
Suited to cafes, bakeries, service stations and takeaway venues, the CRD-4 runs on a standard single-phase 220V to 240V supply and draws 2.3 kW. A digital thermostat gives operators precise control over holding temperature, and the sliding glass door allows quick, easy access during busy service periods.
