Powered by a 3.45kW electric heating system with a 304 stainless steel heater element, the CRD-12 uses heat lamps and a digital thermostat to maintain temperatures between 30°C and 90°C. The square glass construction and interior lighting create an inviting product showcase, while the sliding glass doors allow staff to serve customers quickly without disrupting the heated environment.
