The Washtech PW2C is a wide body, front loading commercial pot washer engineered for high-volume kitchens that need to handle oversized warewashing with speed and efficiency. Its large internal wash chamber (W 1100mm x D 650mm x H 750mm) accommodates baking trays, GN trays, bins, bowls, ladles, whisks and other bulky items that conventional undercounter machines cannot handle, processing up to 20 baking or GN trays (up to 40mm deep) per cycle. The carefully counterbalanced, insulated split door makes loading and unloading straightforward even during a busy service.

A standout feature of the PW2C is its integrated heat recovery unit, which captures steam generated during the wash process and uses it to preheat the cold water supply. This measurably reduces steam emissions, energy consumption and water treatment costs, and makes for a significantly more comfortable working environment, often eliminating the need for a dedicated extraction canopy. Washtech Hybrid Controls combine IP65-rated stainless steel switches with proven switchgear and a customisable electronic timer, delivering simple day-to-day operation with the flexibility commercial kitchens require.
