The Washtech CD180 is a fully automatic 3-stage rack conveyor dishwasher engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens and hospitality venues. Capable of processing 180 racks or approximately 3,240 plate equivalents per hour, it combines a 600mm pre-wash module with a 1200mm single-tank wash module and a sanitising final rinse to deliver continuous, hygienic warewashing output. Constructed entirely from heavy-duty stainless steel and engineered specifically for Australian conditions, the CD180 has been built in New Zealand since 1981 and is backed by an extensive regional service network and spare parts inventory.

Designed for operational efficiency and simplified maintenance, the CD180 features electromechanical controls, a rinse economiser that draws fresh water only when racks are detected in the rinse zone, and a powerful conveyor drive with safety clutch to handle heavy loads safely.
