Waldorf Bold RNLB8800G-CD 1200mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8800G-CD is a commercial-grade 1200mm gas cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, delivering 224MJ/h of total cooking power across eight open burners rated at 28MJ/h each. Built from 304 stainless steel in New Zealand and compatible with both natural gas and LPG, it is engineered to handle the sustained demands of busy commercial kitchens, restaurants, and catering venues.

Designed with practical kitchen workflows in mind, this cooktop features removable heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports that allow cookware to slide smoothly between burners. Flame failure protection on every burner, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet with two additional rollers, and a low-back splashback configuration all contribute to a unit that is straightforward to operate, clean, and service.

Key Benefits

• Eight independent 28MJ/h open burners provide responsive, high-output heat that suits simultaneous multi-dish cooking during peak service periods.
• Flame failure protection on every burner automatically cuts gas if a flame is extinguished, improving safety for kitchen staff.
• Vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports allow pots and pans to slide easily from burner to burner, reducing the effort and risk of heavy pot handling.
• Removable cast iron burners and pot stands simplify daily cleaning and routine maintenance without requiring specialist tools.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make levelling and repositioning the unit straightforward during installation or kitchen reconfiguration.
• Variable high-low temperature control on each burner gives chefs precise heat management from a rapid boil down to a gentle simmer.
• Compatibility with hot top simmer plates and 300, 600 or 900mm griddle plates extends cooking versatility beyond open-burner use.
• Available in the default black finish or alternative colour options, supporting consistent kitchen aesthetics across Waldorf Bold suite installations.
