Waldorf RN8600G-LS 800 Series 900mm Gas Cooktop with Leg Stand

The Waldorf RN8600G-LS is a six-burner commercial gas cooktop mounted on a leg stand, designed to deliver consistent, high-output cooking performance across busy professional kitchens. Each of the six open burners produces 28MJ/hr for a combined total of 168MJ/hr, giving chefs precise variable heat control from high to low across every station. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, this unit is built to withstand the demands of heavy daily use.

Engineered with practical operation in mind, the RN8600G-LS features removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports, allowing cookware to slide smoothly between burners without lifting. Flame failure protection on all burners adds an essential layer of safety, while adjustable feet and two additional rollers make positioning and levelling straightforward. The cooktop also accepts hot top simmer plates and 300, 600, or 900mm griddle plates, offering flexibility in surface configuration to suit varying menu requirements.
