Waldorf RNLB8606G-B Bold - 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold RNLB8606G-B 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8606G-B is a 900mm wide bench model gas cooktop combining two high-output open burners with a 600mm griddle plate, giving busy commercial kitchens exceptional versatility from a single unit. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, and the low back version keeps the profile compact for bench installations where overhead clearance or a clean sightline matters.

Built to Waldorf's Bold specification, this cooktop features heavy-duty cast iron burner assemblies, vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports for easy pan transfer, and flame failure protection across every burner. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers simplify positioning and levelling during installation, while the stainless steel finish, removable components and straightforward control layout keep day-to-day cleaning and servicing fast and practical.

Key Benefits

• Two 28MJ/hr open burners deliver rapid, responsive heat for high-volume sautéing, boiling and sauce work.
• Two 20MJ/hr griddle burners power the 600mm griddle plate, providing consistent surface heat for proteins, vegetables and breakfast items.
• Flame failure protection on all burners automatically cuts gas if a flame is extinguished, improving kitchen safety.
• Vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports let cooks slide pans smoothly from burner to burner without lifting, speeding up service.
• Removable cast iron burners and pot stands make deep cleaning straightforward and reduce downtime between services.
• Adjustable feet combined with two additional rollers allow the unit to be levelled precisely and repositioned on the floor with minimal effort.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the rigours of constant commercial use and resist damage from heat and impact.
• Default black colour with additional colour options available allows the unit to suit different kitchen fit-out aesthetics.
• Bench model configuration integrates neatly into existing counter runs, maximising usable cooking surface without requiring a full suite installation.
