Waldorf RNLB8603G-B Bold - 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold RNLB8603G-B 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8603G-B is a 900mm wide bench model gas cooktop designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It combines four open burners rated at 28MJ/hr each with a 300mm griddle zone powered by a dedicated 20MJ/hr griddle burner, delivering a total output of 112MJ/hr across the cooking surface. Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and available in black as standard with additional colour options, this unit is built to withstand continuous heavy use.

Flame failure protection on every burner provides an important safety safeguard during service, while removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports make it straightforward for cooks to slide pots and pans between zones without lifting. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers allow easy repositioning and levelling during installation or cleaning. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, and the unit accepts both natural gas and LPG connections via an R 3/4 BSP male fitting.
