Waldorf Bold RNLB8603E-B 900mm Electric Cooktop Low Back Version Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8603E-B is a 900mm wide electric cooktop bench model designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It combines four 2.4kW open radiant elements with a 3.6kW thermostatically controlled 300mm griddle section positioned on the right-hand side as standard, delivering a total power output of 13.2kW on a 415V three-phase supply. The unit is built in New Zealand to the robust standards of the Waldorf Bold range, with heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction throughout and a default black colour finish with additional colour options available.

Mounted on four 63mm diameter stainless steel bench legs with adjustable feet, the RNLB8603E-B sits at a working height adjustable between 80mm and 105mm, making it easy to integrate into existing kitchen setups. Vitreous enamelled element module spill trays and a stainless steel hob spill tray simplify cleaning, while front-accessible servicing means minimal downtime during busy service periods. Optional hot plate elements provide further configuration flexibility, making this cooktop a versatile centrepiece for high-volume cooking operations.

Key Benefits

• Four independent radiant elements deliver responsive, controllable heat across the full cooktop surface, suited to simultaneous multi-pan cooking.
