Waldorf Bold RNLB8600G-CD 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8600G-CD is a heavy-duty 900mm gas cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring six open burners each rated at 28MJ/hr for a combined output of 168MJ/hr (46.7kW), this unit delivers responsive, controllable heat across every cooking zone, with flame failure protection fitted to all burners for safe unattended operation.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and finished in the signature Waldorf Bold style, the cooktop ships in black as standard with additional colour options available. Removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports allow pots and pans to slide smoothly between burners, while heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet, two integrated rollers and a front fixed panel make this unit straightforward to position, operate, clean and service. Compatible with both natural gas and LPG via an R 3/4 BSP male connection, it is manufactured in New Zealand and backed by a 24-month warranty.

Key Benefits

• Variable high-low temperature control on each burner gives chefs fine adjustment over simmering through to full-power cooking from a single knob.
• Dual gas compatibility with natural gas and LPG provides installation flexibility across a wide range of venue types.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use without loosening or cracking.
