Waldorf RNLB8406G-CD Bold - 600mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold RNLB8406G-CD 600mm Gas Griddle Cooktop – Low Back, Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8406G-CD is a 600mm gas cooktop in a low back configuration, mounted on an enclosed cabinet base. It features a full-width 600mm griddle plate driven by two 20MJ/hr griddle burners, delivering consistent and controlled heat across the entire cooking surface. Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the unit is finished in heavy-duty stainless steel with a default black colour, and additional colour options are available to suit different kitchen fit-outs.

Engineered for reliability and ease of use, this cooktop incorporates flame failure protection across all burners, along with cast iron burners that are fully removable for cleaning access, and vitreous enamel pot stands selected for their durability and low-maintenance properties. Reinforced heavy-duty control knobs handle the demands of constant daily operation and allow precise heat adjustment. Adjustable feet ensure accurate levelling on uneven floors, while two additional rollers make repositioning the unit straightforward. The enclosed cabinet base adds useful underbench storage beneath the cooktop, and the overall design supports easy cleaning, installation, and servicing to keep downtime to a minimum.

Key Benefits

• A full-width 600mm griddle plate provides generous simultaneous cooking capacity for proteins, vegetables, breakfast items, and more, making it ideal for high-volume service.
• Two 20MJ/hr griddle burners distribute heat evenly and responsively across the entire griddle surface, supporting consistent cooking results throughout a busy service period.
• Flame failure protection fitted across every burner automatically cuts the gas supply if ignition is lost, reducing safety risks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• The enclosed cabinet base creates practical underbench storage space, maximising the utility of the unit's footprint without requiring additional cabinetry.
• A combination of adjustable feet and two supplementary rollers makes it easy to reposition, level, and align the unit during initial installation or subsequent kitchen reconfigurations.
• Cast iron burners that lift out completely, paired with vitreous enamel pot stands, simplify routine cleaning and reduce the labour time required between services.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs are built to withstand intensive daily use while delivering reliable, precise heat adjustment at every setting.
• Heavy-duty stainless steel construction resists corrosion, wipes down easily, and supports food safety and hygiene standards expected in commercial kitchen environments.
• A default black finish is complemented by alternative colour options, allowing the unit to integrate with a range of kitchen design schemes.
