Waldorf RNLB8403G-CD Bold - 600mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version - Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold RNLB8403G-CD 600mm Gas Cooktop | Low Back | Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8403G-CD is a 600mm-wide gas cooktop designed for the rigours of high-volume commercial kitchens, featuring a low back profile and an enclosed cabinet base. The cooking surface combines two high-output 28MJ/hr open burners with a 300mm griddle burner rated at 20MJ/hr, which is positioned on the right-hand side as standard. Constructed throughout in heavy-duty stainless steel and finished in black by default, the unit is also available in alternative colour options to suit different kitchen fitouts.

Operator safety and day-to-day practicality have been built into every aspect of the design. Automatic gas cutoff is provided through flame failure protection fitted to each burner, while pot stands crafted from vitreous enamel incorporate extended finger supports so that pots and pans glide effortlessly across the cooking surface. The burner assemblies are manufactured from heavy-duty cast iron and can be lifted out for thorough cleaning and routine servicing. Adjustable feet and two integrated rollers round out the package, allowing straightforward levelling and easy repositioning around the kitchen.
