The Waldorf RNL8803G-LS is a heavy-duty 1200mm gas cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on an adjustable leg stand and designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It combines six open burners each rated at 28MJ/hr with a 300mm smooth griddle plate powered by a dedicated 20MJ/hr burner, giving kitchen teams versatile high-output cooking across a single unit. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, it accepts both natural gas and LPG connections via an R 3/4 BSP male fitting.

Safety and serviceability are built in throughout. Every burner features flame failure protection, while removable heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands make cleaning and maintenance straightforward. The leg stand is fitted with adjustable feet and two additional rollers for easy repositioning during service or deep cleaning, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs stand up to the rigours of continuous professional use. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard.
