The Waldorf RNL8606E-CB is a heavy-duty 900mm electric cooktop from the Waldorf 800 Series, combining two radiant elements with a 600mm griddle on a fully enclosed cabinet base. Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, it is engineered for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens requiring both precision cooking and long-term durability.

The unit features a welded hob with a 1.5mm 304 stainless steel bull nose, vitreous enamelled element modules and hob spill trays, and 12mm thick mild steel griddle plates with dedicated stainless steel splash guards. The cabinet base is fully modular for suite matching, and all servicing and cleaning can be performed from the front of the unit, minimising operational downtime.
