Waldorf RNL8600G-B 800 Series - 900mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version – Bench Model

Waldorf RNL8600G-B 800 Series 900mm Six-Burner Gas Cooktop – Low Back Bench Configuration

The Waldorf RNL8600G-B is a 900mm wide, six-burner gas cooktop from the 800 Series, built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this bench-mount unit comes in a low back arrangement and accepts both natural gas and LPG through a 3/4 BSP male connection, producing a combined output of 168 MJ/h across six individual 28 MJ/h open burners.

Engineered for straightforward operation and strong performance, the RNL8600G-B includes flame failure protection on every burner, along with removable heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot supports fitted with extended finger guides so cookware can be slid smoothly across the cooking surface rather than lifted. The unit is suited to standalone bench installation and can be paired with optional griddle plates or hot top simmer plates to expand its capabilities.

Key Benefits

• Removable cast iron burner components and pot supports simplify cleaning and routine maintenance, reducing downtime between services.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the rigours of continuous daily use and provide precise variable high-to-low heat adjustment.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make levelling and repositioning the unit straightforward during installation or kitchen reconfiguration.
• Compatible with 300mm, 600mm or 900mm griddle plates and optional hot top simmer plates, allowing the cooking surface to be adapted to changing menu requirements.
