The Waldorf RNL8406E-LS is a 600mm electric cooktop from the 800 Series, supplied on a matching leg stand and designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. The unit features a 600mm griddle section powered by two 3.6kW elements, each 300mm griddle section independently controlled by a 50–320°C thermostat, alongside 2.4kW open radiant elements housed in heavy-duty welded frames. Construction throughout uses 304 stainless steel, with a 1.5mm bull-nose welded hob, 1.2mm splashback and side panels, and vitreous enamelled element modules and hob spill trays for long-term durability.

The leg stand is fully modular for a matched suite finish, featuring 63mm diameter heavy-duty 1.2mm 304 stainless steel legs with adjustable feet and two additional rollers for easy repositioning on the kitchen floor. A framed stand shelf with 0.9mm 304 stainless steel finish adds useful underbench storage. Servicing and cleaning are made straightforward by hinge-up element and griddle sections, removable vitreous enamelled spill trays, and full front access to all internal components. Optional hot plate elements with machine-finished 8mm steel plate are available as an upgrade.
