Splash guards around the griddle are fabricated from 2.5mm 304 stainless steel, and aluminised steel is used for internal construction throughout.

Each 300mm griddle section is governed by an independent thermostat ranging from 50 to 320 degrees Celsius, with six heat settings that include a dedicated simmer position. The cabinet base is fully modular to suit suite configurations, incorporates a double-skin construction where both the interior and exterior are clad in 0.9mm 304 stainless steel, and is designed so that every component can be reached from the front without pulling the unit from the line.
