Waldorf RNL8400G-CB 800 Series 600mm Gas Cooktop Low Back Version Cabinet Base

The Waldorf RNL8400G-CB is a 600mm wide, four-burner gas cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on a cabinet base and designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Each of the four open burners delivers 28MJ/hr, combining for a total output of 112MJ/hr (31.1kW), and every burner is protected by flame failure safety devices. The low back version integrates a splashback and sits on a cabinet base with door, constructed throughout in 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand.

Practical details make this unit straightforward to operate, clean and service. Vitreous enamel pot stands feature extended finger supports that allow cookware to slide smoothly between burners, while the cast iron burners themselves are fully removable for cleaning or replacement. Compatibility with hot top simmer plates and 300, 600 or 900mm griddle plates adds further versatility, and the unit accepts both natural gas and LPG through a 3/4 inch BSP male connection.
