Waldorf Bold RNB8809G-LS 1200mm Gas Cooktop with Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold RNB8809G-LS is a 1200mm wide commercial gas cooktop mounted on a leg stand, combining two 28MJ/hr open burners with a 900mm griddle section powered by three 20MJ/hr griddle burners. Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and finished in default black with additional colour options available, it is engineered in New Zealand to meet the demands of high-volume professional kitchens. Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, the unit connects via an R 3/4 BSP male fitting and delivers a total output of 56MJ/hr across the open burners alone.

Designed with practical kitchen operation in mind, the RNB8809G-LS features flame failure protection on every burner, removable cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports that allow cookware to slide smoothly between burners, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs. Adjustable feet combined with two additional rollers make positioning straightforward, while the overall layout simplifies daily cleaning, installation, and routine servicing. A splashback and undershelf are included as standard, and the unit carries a 24-month warranty.
