Waldorf RNB8806G-LS Bold - 1200mm Gas Cooktop - Leg Stand

Waldorf Bold RNB8806G-LS 1200mm Gas Cooktop with 600mm Griddle - Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold RNB8806G-LS is a 1200mm commercial gas cooktop featuring four high-output open burners combined with a 600mm griddle section, all mounted on a stainless steel leg stand. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit delivers 112MJ/hr of total burner output across a flexible cooking surface suited to restaurants, cafes, pubs, hotels, and high-volume institutional kitchens.

The open burner section provides four 28MJ/hr cast iron burners for rapid, responsive heat across boiling, sautéing, and pan frying tasks, while the griddle section is powered by two 20MJ/hr burners and fitted with a 12mm mild steel plate positioned on the right-hand side as standard. The modular Waldorf Bold design allows this unit to integrate seamlessly with other Waldorf cooking suite equipment, and the leg stand configuration includes an open undershelf, adjustable feet, and two additional rollers for installation flexibility and ease of cleaning.
