Waldorf RNB8803G-LS Bold 1200mm Gas Cooktop with Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold RNB8803G-LS is a heavy-duty 1200mm gas cooktop mounted on a leg stand, purpose-built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It combines six open burners delivering 28MJ/hr each with a 300mm right-hand griddle plate powered by a dedicated 20MJ/hr burner, giving chefs the flexibility to handle high-volume cooking across multiple food types simultaneously.

Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit is engineered for longevity and ease of operation. Flame failure protection on every burner adds a critical safety layer, while practical design touches such as removable cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands, reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet, and integrated rollers make daily cleaning, repositioning, and servicing straightforward for busy kitchen teams.
