Waldorf Bold RNB8803G-CD 1200mm Gas Cooktop with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold RNB8803G-CD is a heavy-duty 1200mm commercial gas cooktop mounted on an enclosed cabinet base, combining six high-output open burners with a 300mm gas griddle to deliver exceptional versatility across restaurants, cafes, hotels, pubs, and high-volume institutional kitchens. Six 28MJ/hr open burners and a dedicated 20MJ/hr griddle burner provide rapid heat recovery and precise temperature control for everything from stockpot preparation and batch boiling to grilling, sauteing, and breakfast service.

Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, removable cast iron burners with vitreous enamel pot stands featuring extended finger supports, and reinforced control knobs, this cooktop is engineered for continuous commercial use. The enclosed cabinet base adds valuable underbench storage for cookware and utensils, while adjustable feet and two rear rollers simplify positioning, installation, and routine cleaning. Flame failure protection is fitted to every burner for operational safety, and the design is optimised for straightforward servicing and maintenance.
