Waldorf RNB8603G-B Bold - 900mm Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold RNB8603G-B 900mm Gas Cooktop - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNB8603G-B is a 900mm commercial gas cooktop in a bench-mounted configuration, combining four high-output open burners with an integrated 300mm mild steel griddle section. Designed for busy restaurants, cafes, hotels, pubs, and professional hospitality kitchens, it delivers 112MJ/hr of total cooking power across five individually controlled burner zones, giving kitchen teams the versatility to boil, sauté, pan fry, and grill simultaneously from a single unit.

Built to the Waldorf Bold specification in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel with a default black finish and optional colour configurations, the RNB8603G-B is engineered for continuous heavy-duty use. Flame failure protection on all burners, removable cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands, and reinforced control knobs make the unit straightforward to clean, service, and operate. Its modular footprint integrates with other Waldorf Bold and Waldorf 800 Series equipment for cohesive kitchen suite layouts.

Key Benefits

• Five independent cooking zones (four open burners plus a griddle) allow concurrent preparation of different menu items, improving throughput during peak service periods.
• The 300mm griddle section positioned on the right-hand side as standard adds a flat cooking surface ideal for breakfast items, burgers, eggs, steaks, and seafood without requiring a separate appliance.
• Flame failure protection fitted to all burners automatically shuts off gas flow if a flame is extinguished, improving safety and compliance in high-traffic kitchen environments.
• Removable heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands simplify daily cleaning and reduce downtime between services.
• Extended finger supports on the vitreous enamel pot stands allow pots and pans to slide smoothly from burner to burner, reducing handling effort during busy service.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make it easy to level the unit on uneven floors and reposition it for cleaning or reconfiguration without heavy lifting.
• Bench-mounted design allows installation on refrigerated bases, stainless steel stands, or existing kitchen benches, supporting flexible kitchen fit-out and production line layouts.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG supplies via a 3/4 BSP male connection, providing installation flexibility across different commercial kitchen setups.
• Custom colour options beyond the default black allow the unit to be matched to kitchen suite aesthetics or specific venue fit-out requirements.
