The Waldorf Bold RNB8603E-CD is a 900mm wide commercial electric cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, combining four 2.4kW radiant elements with a 300mm griddle section powered by a 3.6kW griddle element. The cooktop features a welded hob constructed from 1.5mm 304 stainless steel with a bull nose edge, vitreous enamelled element module spill trays, and a stainless steel hob spill tray, while the 12mm thick mild steel griddle plate is positioned on the right-hand side as standard and protected by 2.5mm 304 stainless steel splash guards.

The fully modular cabinet base is built with double-skin 0.9mm 304 stainless steel on both interior and exterior surfaces and supports optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kits across one or two cabinet bays, accommodating up to eight 65mm deep GN 1/1 pans. Default colour is black with additional colour options available, and the unit is fitted with adjustable feet and two additional rollers for straightforward positioning and levelling on the kitchen floor.
