The leg stand assembles without tools, features adjustable feet and two rollers for positioning flexibility, and integrates seamlessly into a matched Waldorf Bold suite. Expanding the cooking configuration is straightforward thanks to optional elements fitted with machine-finished 8mm steel hot plates, as well as 12mm mild steel griddle plates, allowing the platform to be tailored to the menu without requiring a completely different unit. Manufactured in New Zealand and backed by a 24-month warranty, the unit runs on 400–415V AC, 3-phase (3P+N+E) power.
