Waldorf Bold RNB8600E-B 900mm Electric Cooktop - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNB8600E-B is a 900mm bench-mounted commercial electric cooktop featuring six 2.4kW radiant elements, delivering a combined 14.4kW of cooking power across a compact modular footprint. Manufactured in New Zealand from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, it is engineered for continuous operation in demanding commercial kitchens including restaurants, cafes, hotels, pubs, and catering venues.

Designed as part of the Waldorf Bold Series, this unit integrates seamlessly into modular commercial kitchen suites and suits open kitchen layouts where workflow efficiency and space optimisation matter. Six-position heat settings including a simmer function give chefs precise temperature control across a broad range of cooking tasks, from boiling and frying through to gentle simmering. Optional hot plate elements and a choice of custom colours beyond the default black provide additional flexibility for varied kitchen requirements.

Key Benefits

• Six independent 2.4kW radiant elements allow multiple cooking tasks to run simultaneously at different heat levels, supporting high-volume service periods.
• Six-position heat settings with a dedicated simmer function give chefs accurate temperature control, reducing the risk of overcooking during busy service.
• Bench model configuration maximises usable worktop height and integrates neatly into modular kitchen lines without requiring floor space for a base cabinet.
• Adjustable bench legs (80mm to 105mm height range) and two additional rear rollers allow easy repositioning and improved access for cleaning beneath the unit.
• Front-accessible components simplify routine servicing and maintenance without needing to move the unit or dismantle surrounding equipment.
• Stainless steel spill trays beneath the element sections contain cooking overflow and make daily cleaning quicker and more thorough.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs with easy-view heat settings reduce operator error and withstand the physical demands of a busy commercial kitchen.
• Optional hot plate elements with energy regulator controls allow the cooktop configuration to be tailored to specific menu and cooking requirements.
• Indicator lights for power and heating status on each element control let kitchen staff monitor which zones are active at a glance, improving safety and energy awareness.
