The Waldorf Bold RNB8406E-CD is a 600mm electric cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a full-width 600mm griddle powered by two 3.6kW elements, with each 300mm griddle section independently controlled by a 50–320°C thermostat, giving chefs precise heat management across the entire cooking surface. The 12mm thick mild steel griddle plates deliver excellent heat retention and even cooking results, while the vitreous enamelled element module spill tray and stainless steel hob spill tray simplify day-to-day clean-up.

Constructed throughout in 304 stainless steel with aluminised steel internal components, the RNB8406E-CD is built to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use. The cabinet base features a fully modular double-skin stainless steel design that integrates neatly into a suite of Waldorf Bold equipment. Standard in black with alternative colour options available, it ships with adjustable feet and two additional rollers for straightforward installation and repositioning. Optional hot plate elements and a GN 1/1 four-position racking kit allow the unit to be configured to individual kitchen requirements.
