Waldorf RN8803G-B 800 Series 1200mm Gas Cooktop with Griddle – Bench Model

The Waldorf RN8803G-B is a 1200mm bench-model gas cooktop from the renowned 800 Series, combining six high-output open burners with a 300mm gas griddle plate to deliver versatile, high-performance cooking for busy commercial kitchens. Six burners each rated at 28MJ/hr provide rapid, responsive heat across a wide cooking surface, while the integrated right-hand griddle burner at 20MJ/hr adds a dedicated flat-top cooking zone — all within a single, space-efficient footprint.

Engineered for the demands of professional foodservice environments, the RN8803G-B features heavy-duty cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports that allow cookware to slide smoothly between burners, and flame failure protection on every burner for safe operation. The robust stainless steel construction, reinforced control knobs, and thoughtful design details make this cooktop straightforward to clean, install, and service — reducing downtime and maintenance effort in high-volume kitchens.
