The self-contained refrigerated base operates across a temperature range of -2°C to +8°C, is tropical climate rated, and runs on R134a refrigerant with automatic defrost and evaporation of defrost water. Beneath the cooking surface, two GN 1/1 drawers provide accessible cold storage, making this unit well suited to high-volume kitchens where bench space and workflow efficiency are critical priorities.
