Waldorf RN8603G-LS 800 Series 900mm Gas Cooktop with 300mm Griddle – Leg Stand

The Waldorf RN8603G-LS is a 900mm modular gas cooktop from the renowned 800 Series, combining four open burners with a 300mm griddle plate on a fully integrated leg stand. Each of the four open burners delivers 28MJ/hr of responsive heat, while the dedicated griddle burner operates at 20MJ/hr, giving commercial kitchens genuine versatility for simultaneous cooking tasks. The unit is available in both natural gas and LPG configurations and is manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel.

Designed for demanding foodservice environments, this cooktop features heavy-duty cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports, and reinforced control knobs built to withstand continuous use. Flame failure protection is fitted to all burners as a standard safety measure. The leg stand includes adjustable feet and two additional rollers for straightforward positioning and servicing, while the modular 800 Series format allows the unit to be paired with other Waldorf 900mm components to build out a complete cooking suite.
