Waldorf RN8400SE-LS 800 Series - 600mm Electric Cooktop Sealed Hobs - Leg Stand

Waldorf RN8400SE-LS 800 Series 600mm Electric Cooktop Sealed Hobs on Leg Stand

The Waldorf RN8400SE-LS is a 600mm four-zone electric cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel leg stand for a complete, self-contained cooking station. Each of the four cast iron hot plate elements delivers 2.6kW of consistent, controllable heat, making this unit well suited to high-throughput commercial kitchens, canteens, and catering venues.

Built for durability and straightforward operation, the cooktop features a one-piece worktop with formed hob wells to contain spills, 0.9mm 304 stainless steel front panels, a 1.2mm stainless steel splashback, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers simplify positioning and levelling, while the overall design prioritises easy cleaning, installation, and servicing.

Key Benefits

• Four independent 2.6kW cast iron elements provide even, reliable heat suited to simultaneous multi-pot cooking across a busy service.
• Thermal protection on every element safeguards against overheating, reducing the risk of equipment damage and improving kitchen safety.
• Individual power indicator lights give operators an at-a-glance confirmation of which elements are active, helping prevent energy waste.
• A four-position heat switch per element gives cooks straightforward, repeatable control over cooking temperatures without complex adjustments.
• The one-piece worktop with formed hob wells contains boil-overs and spills at the cooking surface, speeding up clean-down between services.
• Adjustable feet combined with two rollers make it easy to level the unit on uneven floors and reposition it for cleaning or kitchen reconfiguration.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the repeated daily use typical of commercial environments, reducing maintenance frequency.
• The stainless steel leg stand raises the cooktop to a practical working height, eliminating the need for a separate bench and keeping the footprint compact.
