Waldorf Bold INLB8100R3-CD 450mm Single Zone Electric Induction Cooktop Low Back - Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold INLB8100R3-CD is a 450mm single-zone electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base with a low-height splashback, purpose-built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It features one 3.5kW round induction zone with a 270mm diameter heating area set beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, finished in black for a professional appearance.

Designed for precision and ease of use, the cooktop incorporates automatic pan detection that cuts power to the zone the moment cookware is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency. A large control knob with infinitely variable power settings gives chefs responsive, accurate heat management, while indicator lights for heating status, pan detection and error conditions keep operators informed at a glance. The unit connects on a 15A supply and is built for straightforward cleaning, installation and servicing.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology delivers fast, responsive heat directly to the pan, reducing preheat times and improving kitchen throughput.
• Automatic pan detection cuts power instantly when cookware is lifted, saving energy and reducing the risk of accidental burns on the cooking surface.
• Infinitely variable power control via a large knob allows precise temperature adjustments for consistent, repeatable cooking results.
• The ceramic glass surface stays relatively cool between zones, creating a safer and more comfortable working environment than open-flame or radiant alternatives.
• Indicator lights for heating status, pan detection and error codes give staff immediate feedback, minimising downtime and operator error.
• Cabinet base provides enclosed under-bench storage, making efficient use of floor space in compact or busy kitchens.
• Heavy-duty construction and straightforward access design support easy routine cleaning and on-site servicing, helping reduce maintenance costs.
• 15A plug-in connection simplifies installation without the need for specialist high-amperage electrical work.
