Waldorf Bold INLB8100F-CD 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop Low Back Version - Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold INLB8100F-CD is a 450mm single-zone electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It features a 5kW full-area square induction zone with a 270mm diameter cooking area set beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface, delivering rapid, responsive heat with precise power control.

Finished in black and built to heavy-duty commercial standards, this unit combines an easy-to-clean cooking surface with intuitive controls and automatic pan detection for both efficiency and safety. The low-back splashback configuration suits kitchens where overhead clearance or visibility is a priority, and the cabinet base provides convenient under-bench storage directly beneath the cooking station.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology heats cookware directly, reducing ambient heat in the kitchen and creating a safer, cooler cooking environment for staff.
• Automatic pan detection switches the induction zone off the moment cookware is removed, preventing accidental energy waste and improving safety.
• Infinitely variable power control via a large, easy-to-use knob allows chefs to dial in precise heat levels for consistent, repeatable results.
• Near-instant heat response enables faster workflow adjustments compared to gas or conventional electric cooktops.
• The flat 6mm ceramic glass surface has no burners or grates to trap food debris, making day-to-day cleaning quick and straightforward.
• Integrated cabinet base provides on-the-spot storage directly beneath the cooktop, making efficient use of floor space.
• Heating-on, pan detection and error indicator lights give operators clear, at-a-glance status feedback during service.
• Heavy-duty construction is engineered for the rigours of continuous commercial use across busy kitchens and venues.
